Reserved Parking Information
On the Edgewood campus, there are 4 reserved parking areas available to permanent staff only. Please note that these areas are not eligible/available to Fixed Term/Contract; Honorary; Emeritus or Retired staff members.
These areas are as follows:
Admin (24)
Admin Undercover (38)
Library (6)
MTB Rear (22)
Associated Costs involved:
Reserved Open (R 40.00 per month):
Shadeport (R 80.00 per month):
Undercover (R 80.00 per month):
Application Process
Permanent staff who wish to subscribe to a reserved parking bay must send an email, requesting your area of preference.
Your name will then be added accordingly to the existing waiting list for that area. When a bay becomes vacant/available within the area of choice and you are the next person on the list, you will be notified accordingly via an email.
Should you wish to view your status on the waiting list, please login to the Traffic Portal (click button below) and then select the “Waiting List” tab.
